Heather DuBrow sends daughter Max off to college

Heather Dubrow’s eldest daughter Max is about to leave the nest.

of The Real Housewives of Orange County The star shared Wednesday that her 18-year-old daughter has embarked on a new journey: college life.

“…and Max is leaving ❤️🦌!” Heather, 53, wrote in the caption of an Instagram post featuring photos and video of the process of moving Max into his new dorm.

“I love you baby girl, you are about to embark on your greatest adventure,” she continued. “I am so proud of you – enjoy every moment and take advantage of every opportunity!!!”

“I love you so much!!! You may be far from home, but you will always be close to my heart❤️,” she added.

One snap from the post shows Max posing in her new bedroom after being completely decked out in typical college necessities. Another photo shows Heather’s husband, Terry DuBrow, cuddling with her daughter in what is believed to be a student dormitory. This post also includes a photo of Heather and Max.

Max isn’t the only one who recently left the marital home. Max’s twin brother, Nick, also started his college adventure last week.

Sharing the special moment on Instagram along with a series of photos from the emotional day, Heather wrote in the caption:

Earlier this year, Heather got matching tattoos with Max and Nick at a Newport Beach parlor. Max showed off the ink (exclamation mark with his two dots on his middle finger) on his March on Instagram.

Max captioned a carousel featuring individual snaps of the tattooed trio at the time.

A month ago in February, a year after Max came out as bi, Heather proudly supported her 15-year-old daughter, Kat, after she came out as a lesbian.
