Britney Spears’ son explains why he didn’t attend his wedding to Sam Asghari.
in an interview with daily mail Airing on ITV on Friday, 15-year-old Jaden James explains how he decided not to attend his mother’s wedding to his 16-year-old brother, Sean Preston, in June.
“It just wasn’t the right time. I’m not saying I wasn’t happy with her,” says Jaden, appearing in an interview with her father, Kevin Federline.
“I’m very happy with them, but she didn’t invite the whole family. If it was just me and Preston, I don’t know how the situation would have ended on good terms.”
Spears, 40, remains estranged from her family, which includes parents Jamie and Lynn Spears and siblings Jamie Lynn and Brian.

Jaden went on to say that his grandfather “doesn’t deserve all the hate he’s been receiving,” and doesn’t think the Spears’ extended family is “manipulative,” despite Britney’s claims.
